Early Order Discount (EOD) Program Available January 1, 2009 to May 15, 2009 Save an additional 10% on eligible EOD publisher sponsored resources. Early Order Discount is an ordering method designed to save you money. Simply plan ahead and enjoy the savings. What is an "Early Order Discount" Order? It is a "pre-order" made between January 1 and May 15, 2009 for resources that have been made eligible for the Early Order Discount by the Learning Resources Centre's publishing partners. The Learning Resources Centre pools customer Early Order Discount orders until the middle of May, then places large discount orders with the participating publishers. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Learning Resources Centre will deliver your Early Order Discount purchase prior to the beginning of the 2009/2010 school year. Benefits to using the Early Order Discount Program? By planning ahead and ordering next year's resources before May 15, 2009, you will save an additional 10% on eligible EOD resources. Combine the EOD Discount with your LRCA and purchase additional learning resources with your savings. When will I receive my Early Order Discount order? Barring unforeseen circumstances, the LRC will deliver resources prior to the beginning of the 2009/2010 school year. Who are the participating publishers? Participating publishers have agreed to provide a discount of 5% on their Early Order Discount eligible resources and LRC is contributing an additional 5%. Where do I find a list of resources that are Early Order Discount eligible? The quickest way to find resources that are eligible for the EOD 10% discount is by conducting an online search. EOD eligible resources will display an EOD Price and a regular price. How do I make my Early Order Discount order? For online purchasing click "EOD" in your Shop Cart. For fax or mail-in clearly indicate "EOD" on your order or inform our Customer Service Representative to mark it EOD if ordering by phone. Ordering online saves you the hassle of filling out order forms, and allows you the flexibility to amend your order request until May 15, 2009, so that you may continually add or delete items from your order throughout the Early Order Discount period. When do I pay for my Early Order Discount order? Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which is generated after the product is shipped to you. What other costs will I have to pay? The only other costs you have to pay is GST. The Learning Resources Centre pays standard shipping to destinations in Alberta and for British Columbia K-12 Schools/Districts.
