LRC attempts to ship customer orders within 4 working days of receipt. During peak seasons, our order filling and shipping time may be 5 – 8 working days.
Check your shipment immediately upon receipt against the enclosed pick/pack slip and your original order. Please ensure your order has been filled properly before applying your school stamp, as stamped products are non-returnable. Immediately report discrepancies to LRC Customer Service, as we may be unable to approve claims reported after 14 days.
